Your instructor did a fantastic job training our users and assisting them during our DM roll-out. As with most new software implementations and roll-outs, there will be a few glitches or issues. She was able to quickly get up to speed with the specifics of our environment and was able to create a custom training presentation. She did a great job not only training our General Council, Attorneys, and legal staff, but also working with them after the roll-out at their desks.

I believe our IT group and the Legal department would agree it was a pleasure working with CLARUS and would look forward to working with you again if additional or advance training is needed.
