Learning & Development Administrative Services

Often times, the management of day to day administrative tasks crucial to a successful training program require more time than your staff is able to dedicate. CLARUS is pleased to offer Administrative Services to complement your learning management system and provide the following services: Analyzing current employee skill sets, Designing & Building course offerings that target the specific needs of each business unit, Marketing and promoting course offerings so that learning initiatives can be launched quickly and easily; Scheduling classes, tracking attendance, and equipping training rooms, etc.

Note: The consultant(s) assigned to your project can work with your existing Learning Management System (LMS), so that he/she can maintain public and private catalogue offerings, making changes as needed, managing certifications for individuals and business units, and any other reporting features that are available

Executive Seminars

It's difficult to determine how you would like to improve upon your workflow process, if you don't know the details and features of the software you are implementing. A CLARUS representative can conduct a pre-training demonstration of the necessary application(s) in order to introduce specific personnel at the company to the pertinent areas of change. The demonstration is typically an informal exchange between the trainer and attendees as they discuss the most effective methods for implementing the products in your particular environment.

Skills Assessment

A preliminary Skills Assessment can be conducted prior to training in order to determine the areas that are most in need of attention during training. An electronic document will be distributed to the staff via a person designated by the firm prior to course development. The trainer assigned to your project will analyze the results and make recommendations for an effectual training program. This will allow us to address the "human factor" as it relates to varying levels of learning needs and ability. Special consideration will be given to partners and other executives of the company.
